Call for Submission

From January 6 to January 21, 2016

DAÏMÔN is seeking proposals from artists for video works that will be projected onto buildings in downtown Gatineau. This collaboration with the City of Gatineau will present programs of large-scale projections during evenings in February and March at two different sites. These sites will be announced shortly.

The videos must work within the context of the project, namely to be visible to passersby in downtown Hull, who can catch snippets while walking or stop a moment to take in more of the works. A program of the selected works will be shown on a loop all evening. Please note that there will be no sound system available, and therefore narrative and documentary projects are not recommended.

Artists whose work is selected will be paid a screening fee.
Deadline to submit work: January 21 2016
