INTERNSHIP : MEMBER SERVICES AGENT – COMMUNICATIONS

SUMMARY
Reporting to the general management, the Member Services – Communications Agent is responsible for virtual relations with members, creating and documenting regular and punctual activities, writing communications and running social networks.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As such, the Member Services – Communications Agent will be called upon to:
• Provide virtual reception and reception services;
• Ensure local, regional and international media monitoring;
• Animate social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.);
• Write, correct and translate various documents;
• Document regular and punctual activities in pictures and in writing;
• Ensure the physical and virtual integrity of the archives;
• All other related tasks.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Please note, any combination of relevant training and experience will be considered.
• University training in communications, arts or related fields completed or in progress;
• Experience in writing and translation.

SKILLS
• Bilingualism (French and English);
• Ease with computer systems;
• Great versatility, autonomy and rigor;
• Ability to manage multiple files at the same time;
• Have a big welcoming smile!

CONDITIONS
• Seasonal employment | 8 weeks
• Full time | 35 hours
• $ 17 / hour
