On Friday, March 6th, artist-in-residence Bomi Yook shares the development of her current project K-DIALECTIC in the creative spaces of DAÏMÔN. Join us between 2 and 4 p.m. for an Open Studio and discover the artist’s work with the Split Photography technique through archival images that are sliced and interlaced, revealing rupture, memory, and fragmented identity.

From 4 to 5 p.m., sit down with Bomi Yook for an Artist Talk and learn more about the creative and historic process that formed K-DIALECTIC. Experience through discussion a work that resists wholeness and invites viewers to navigate complexity through gaps, fragments, and visual discontinuities.

Open admission at 78, Hanson st, Gatineau

Open Studio from 2 to 4 p.m. – Artist Talk from 4 to 5 p.m.
