Dear DAÏMÔN members,
It is with pleasure that the Board of Directors invites you to the 2024 Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, May 29th, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Centre de production DAÏMÔN.
We would like to welcome you in large numbers for this 2024 AGM in order to present the 2023-2024 financial statements; provide you with a report on the activities of the past year; share with you the upcoming projects and many more surprises.
All supporting documents, such as the agenda, the pacing of the 2023 AGM and the 2023-2024 financial statements will be sent to you by email a few days before. We remind you that you must be a member in good standing to benefit from your right to vote, so this is an excellent time to renew your membership!
Lastly, we invite you to apply to join the Board of directors of the Center and to confirm your presence by Wednesday, May 22nd at 5 PM via the following address: ca@daimon.qc.ca. Your commitment and support are always greatly appreciated!
