Dear members,
It is with pleasure that the Board of Directors invites you to the 2025 Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday, May 13th, 2025 starting at 7:00 PM at the Centre de production DAÏMÔN.
We would like to welcome you in large numbers for this 2025 AGM in order to present the 2024-2025 financial statements; provide you with a report on the activities of the past year; share with you the upcoming projects and challenges to come.
All supporting documents, such as the agenda, previous AGM notes and financial statements will be sent to you by email a few days before. We remind you that you must be a member in good standing for a minimum of 30 days to benefit from your right to vote, so this is an excellent time to renew your membership!
